  I had a really disappointing experience last saturday , which was mainly down to the attitude and behaviour of one member of staff. this member of staff was quite tall with short, dark curly hair he came across as unprofessional, unhelpful and quite rude, which made what should have been a straightforward experience unnecessarily unpleasant. It’s a shame because the business itself seems to have a lot to offer, but the way I was treated by this particular worker really let the overall experience down. I would hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are reminded of the importance of being polite, professional and respectful towards customers.

  absolutely disputable display last wednesday i asked a worker where the plus women section is and he replied we don’t sell to your size and started laughing, when i asked to speak to his supervisor he told me to get out of here fatty. completely disgusting behaviour from what i remember he was about 6ft with puffy hair. i can assure you ill never be going back there i wont understand how someone that unprofessional works at a retail store of that high class.
