From arranging the appointment over the phone to welcoming us in the showroom, everything was organised impeccably. Gabriel was patient, professional, and demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the brand. His passion and expertise made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. Upon my return nothing was on their computer and the female assistant suggested the photos were "stored" on the male assistants phone! No resolution. Breach of data protection? Another bespoke watch shop was happy to assist me professionally. Maybe as it wasn't a high end watch purchase I was just insignificant....
