- TJToby jefferyJul 22, 20261.0Poor customer service from the young male staff member who worked in the changing rooms as he had a massive attitude after we explained our situation and a very unhelpful manager. What they claim to be their policy is also ablest and discriminatory towards people who need extra support due to hidden disabilities - which after a quick Google search what they claimed to be their policy isn't actually a real stated policy for T K maxx, so the store managers are making their own policies which cause discrimination and ableism.
