  I can’t believe a certain person that works in the cafe in grays how she’s ever got the job!! She’s the rudest,two faced person you could ever meet and works in hospitality tut tut. Firstly a few months back an elderly lady in a wheelchair wanted a smaller cup for her tea as her hands a weak after having a stroke She was so rude and unhelpful she even disappeared out the back and was moaning about it to the other staff😡I told the elderly lady’s daughter to complain about her she then said she wasn’t going to shop there again.Today the same person small in size dark hair and a ton of makeup was really rude to my mum she causes a horrible atmosphere because she thinks she knows best! My mum was told she couldn’t take her trolly in there to sit and have a cup of tea the cafe was EMPTY yes EMPTY…I took control of the situation as my mums 80yr and looked very upset this piece of work wasn’t getting away with it today.Who has employed her to work in hospitality have some empathy to the elderly people Not a good advert for TK Maxx in grays ,if by any chance she acts like this again and i witness this atrocious behaviour something will be done .

  TK Maxx Grays is surprisingly large, with a huge range of products across homeware, clothing, beauty and seasonal items. It’s easy to browse because the layout feels open and not overcrowded. One of the best features is the quiet, quaint café at the back, which is a nice break from shopping. It’s calm, tucked away, and has toilets available, which is genuinely useful. Overall, a spacious store with plenty of choice and a comfortable place to pause if you need it.

  It's a standard TK Maxx, some staff are great some are along for the ride, but it's tidy compared to some others

  I’m usually not a fussy customer and never really complain because I know people can have bad days, but today’s situation really pissed me off. I was in the first fitting room and couldn’t zip up a dress, so I called my husband to help me. A floor assistant (or whoever she was, looking Eastern European) told him he couldn’t come over, fine, no problem. He stepped back straight away. But then she kept trying to “educate” him, pointing with her finger where he should stand, with this really strict, condescending attitude, like she was speaking to a dog. It was so unnecessary and rude. I then asked staff to help me, and the Asian lady ( i don’t know their names) working in the fitting room area came over, because the rude one told her to. But honestly, the service got even worse. When I asked her to help unzip the dress, she completely ignored me and turned her back pretending she didn’t hear me , she definitely did. I found that incredibly disrespectful. I spent nearly £400 in the store for this amazing treatment. A bit of basic manners wouldn’t hurt anyone. Really disappointing experience. Thank you.
