- JJJMay 19, 20265.0Called Emson Haig to ask if they'd take a look at a Submariner I'd bought elsewhere, and Hoy went above and beyond. He had the in-house watchmaker remove two links to get the fit right, gave the watch a thorough visual inspection and shared his thoughts on authenticity, and even walked me through some genuinely interesting facts about Rolex and the piece itself. No sense of being rushed, brilliant conversation, and he made the whole experience completely stress-free. Best part? He didn't charge a penny. Can't recommend Hoy and Emson Haig highly enough.

I was looked after by Don, Huy and Graham, who were all friendly, patient and easy to talk to. I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted, and they helped me narrow it down without any pressure or sales push. They were happy to answer questions, bring out different options, and just let me take my time to decide. Everything was straightforward and relaxed, which isn’t always the case when buying a Rolex. Appreciate the way they handled it. Really glad I chose to buy from them. I’d happily come back again in the future.
