  AWFUL SHOP why would you bring back a 2023 collection in 2026.. every other tk max has there new 2026 collection apart from this one and the staff are so rude aswell aswell as the shop being really messy with absolutely horrendous items in stock which clearly no one wants to buy as they have been on the clearance rack for months now so basically if you want to go to tk maxx DO NOT go to this one

  A shop full of random stuff that no ones needs or wants. But if you have the time probably something there you want.

  We like TK Maxx. It's best to visit with little or no expectation as to what you might buy, then just let the store surprise you with what stock they have. Freeport and Chelmer Village are among the the best for this.

  Visited this store since it opened as live a stones throw away. Usually in there 3-4 times a week! Returned a unwanted dress today brought as a backup purchase for the weekend and the lady Anna sniffed the armpits of it!!!! Omg i was so humiliated. I asked why she did this and she said it smelt of smoke... i do smoke but that was not acceptable, blatanly she assumed this had been worn. I dont smoke from my armpits do i. The dress was £20 , if i had worn it Anna, i d have kept it!! Spoke to Jade and she apologised, apparently sniffing the armpits of returns is not company policy!!! Look after your customers team, do not humiliated or single them out!! Wont be back there for sure!!

  This incident happened a month ago. An old lady working there was EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. My gf wanted to try on a different outfit and style. With tights which she already had on for this occasion to try this new style out with some leather shorts and high boots. The old lady working there literally SHOUTED at my gf that she isnt allowed to bring shoes in changing by rooms. And also shouted at me for wanting to see the outfit and said i cannot go in the changing rooms after my gf called me to see her outfit without being there to try clothes on myself? I saw the situation and calmed down the situation by talking to the old lady working there and explained to her what i said at the beginning of this review about my gf trying a new style out and if it will be possible as she is trying to see what it looks like. she then start swinging her head left to right (saying no) while shouting at us “NO ITS IMPOSSIBLE YOU CANT COME IN CHANGING ROOMS WITH SHOES AND YOU CANT LEAVE THE CHANGING ROOM WITH CLOTHES TO TRY SHOES” and i said oh ok i understand just wanted to try something thats all i am sorry and she started getting close to me and shouting again “DID YOU NOT HEAR ME” i told my gf to get changed lets go elsewhere. She created a scene and made me and gf very uncomfortable as i said to my gf to get changed to leave, the old lady started walking away muttering swear words which were very clear. Tk maxx its self has always been amazing and been shopping at tk maxx in freeport for years. Everyone else who has worked there have been absolutely amazing and never had anything like this. But genuinely dont even want to go back there as i am not bothered for another confrontation with her and worried she will start something again if i see her.
