- JBJenny BowenAug 5, 20261.0Went in as got a locket for my mums birthday present. When opened it had all scratches on it. They never apologised for this or offered to take money off , for the Inconvenience or put it right. Was then told sliver scratches easily, like they was accusing me of doing it. I will never shop here again, the lady was very rude how she dealt with it too. The lady who looked at the locket, knew their was scratches on it and said nothing. As she quickly showed me, so to me feels like she knew and didn't want me to see. Terrible customer service.

- ASAjif SheikhJul 30, 20261.0I went to Store to purchase a Rolex.The sale assistant finally decided to get off his phone and I was told all Rolex watches a in store are for display only and not for sale apart from the Preowned Rolex watches which are well overpriced secondhand watches.To even be considered for a Rolex at these stores you would have to spend Thousands to even be considered for a watch.So I decided to go down to Hatton Garden and got the watch I was looking for without all the waffle about display pieces.To be honest don’t waste your time visiting these stores to spend your hard earned money as you’ll leave disappointed.

I’m an experienced shopper, I have experienced some truly pushy, judgmental sales associates. Nina was none of those things. She gave me space to decide. I bought the watch as a direct result of how she accommodated me. She even researched the metal because I’m allergic to some metals. I would recommend her to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
