  I had such a lovely time browsing the aisles in TK Maxx. The staff are so nice in this store, they always go the extra mile to help. I came away with some amazing bargains. I particularly enjoy browsing the toiletries aisles and smelling apl the lovely smells and pretty things. I picked us some lovely smellies for the bath, some shampoo and conditioner and a body puff for my friday night pamper session. Cant wait to go back x

  Indian man that works here, his customer service is horrible, didn’t even greet us, or reply when we said thank you, attitude so dismissive and just rude like he owns the store and we are begging him to check us out, I will never be back at this TKmax because no way I’m spending money in a place that I’m getting attitude. I’m not sure why he came on the tills to help with such a terrible attitude I would’ve rather have waited for the ladies and being checked out by them. I don’t know his name but he is Indian and I’m sure he’s the only Indian man I’ve seen working there other than one security guard who is always nice when I enter.

  I visited the Waltham Abbey store this morning, July 13th. I had five £10 Love2shop e-gift cards that I wanted to use. Since there was no internet signal in the store, it took a few minutes to activate the cards; then, the employee claimed she didn't know the maximum number allowed—which was definitely a lie—and asked a colleague via her headset. By that point, she had already scanned four of them. She then turned to me and said I couldn't use any more, claiming the limit was four. For some reason, I didn't believe her and told her the fifth card was ready to use, but she wouldn't even listen; she brushed me off, saying I could use it next time. So, I paid the remaining balance and left. However, after leaving the store, I had a nagging doubt and checked TK Maxx’s policies; it stated that you can use up to five gift cards in a single transaction. Seeing that confirmed for me that the woman was a liar. I had even suggested that if the limit was four, she could remove one item from the purchase so I could pay for it separately, but she flatly refused, saying she couldn't do that. If I see that woman again when I visit the store, I’m going to confront her about her dishonesty. This women is such a liar!!!!!!!
