- FFFemi FrancisSep 9, 20261.0Worst experience ever. Today, I visited TK Maxx and saw discounted bags placed in shopping trolleys. There were around three trolleys, with no signs or barriers indicating that customers were not allowed to look through them. When we picked up one bag, another accidentally fell onto the floor because the items were not arranged properly. A staff member asked us not to put items on the floor, and I explained that it was accidental. However, the manager responded in a rude tone, questioning whether we were “not intentionally going through the stuff.” I explained that while we were obviously looking through the items, we were not intentionally putting anything on the floor. I felt the manager’s tone was inappropriate and told her that this was not the right way to speak to customers. If the manager herself is rude and inappropriate, it sets a poor example for the rest of the staff and creates a very unpleasant experience for customers.👎👎👎👎👎
