Donatas knowledge was fantastic and provided some great advice and spent time with us to ensure we were happy with our choices. In addition we knew we would need to wait for our orders but Donatas was very honest with potential time frames and we were delighted when both watches arrived well within the predicted time frame. This store would be my first choice for any future purchases.

He had the in-house watchmaker remove two links to get the fit right, gave the watch a thorough visual inspection and shared his thoughts on authenticity, and even walked me through some genuinely interesting facts about Rolex and the piece itself. No sense of being rushed, brilliant conversation, and he made the whole experience completely stress-free. Best part? He didn't charge a penny. Can't recommend Hoy and Emson Haig highly enough.
