  I’ve been using Goldsmiths for a long time now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The service from the team has always been exceptional, and over the years they’ve helped me build an amazing collection of timepieces. What really sets Goldsmiths apart is their knowledge, professionalism and genuine passion for watches. They always take the time to understand what I’m looking for and make the whole experience enjoyable, whether I’m buying, discussing a new piece or simply looking for advice. I’ve dealt with many places over the years, but the team at Goldsmiths have consistently delivered an outstanding level of service. Their knowledge and customer care are second to none. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Fantastic team, fantastic service and a fantastic place for anyone who appreciates great watches. Highly recommended!   From my initial contact with Goldsmiths Chelmsford, the level of service I received was exceptional. Booking an appointment was straightforward and accommodating, and from the moment I arrived I was made to feel genuinely valued as a customer. I dealt primarily with Gypsy, who spent considerable time with me, patiently talking me through the various timepieces I was considering. Her knowledge, professionalism and approach were excellent throughout, with absolutely no pressure. Having discussed the options, I registered my interest in a small number of pieces that particularly suited what I was looking for. To my delight, less than two weeks later Gypsy contacted me to let me know that one of my preferred timepieces had become available. When I returned to collect the watch, the experience was every bit as good. I also part-exchanged my Omega and was offered a very competitive price. Gypsy, together with her colleague George, took great care to ensure that all aspects of the part exchange and purchase were handled correctly and efficiently. Everything was seamless from start to finish. The whole experience felt professional, personal and genuinely customer-focused. I couldn’t recommend Gypsy, George and the team at Goldsmiths Chelmsford highly enough, and I will certainly be returning in the future. First-class service and a very well-deserved five stars.

  Fantastic experience at Goldsmiths Chelmsford from day one. Joshua welcomed us on our first visit, and James looked after us when we registered our Rolex interest. The highlight was seeing my wife receive her Rolex, such a special moment for us. Gypsy looked after us that day and made it even more memorable. The whole team has always been friendly and welcoming, with a drink and a good chat every time. Thanks to everyone at Goldsmiths Chelmsford. My wife has her Rolex now… I’m still waiting for mine! 😄

  I have dealt with the Chelmsford branch for over 30 years need I say more . And would not buy a watch from any other Jewellers
