Returned a unwanted dress today brought as a backup purchase for the weekend and the lady Anna sniffed the armpits of it!!!! Omg i was so humiliated. I asked why she did this and she said it smelt of smoke... i do smoke but that was not acceptable, blatanly she assumed this had been worn. I dont smoke from my armpits do i. The dress was £20 , if i had worn it Anna, i d have kept it!! Spoke to Jade and she apologised, apparently sniffing the armpits of returns is not company policy!!! Look after your customers team, do not humiliated or single them out!! Wont be back there for sure!!
