- KGK GSSep 19, 20264.0This store looks as if it is trying to lose weight. Well, I said that because it was closed on the first floor & just being on the ground, it does not make that much sense. Is this a way to save money without closing a store? Anyway, it was the great way to section a store, one section for children & the front our main selection. I found a beautiful section of what I wanted, none looked cheap & would be my size. New Look has dresses for what you could wear on special occasions. The staff was the best one yet in any New Look store I had been to.
- AAAndreaMay 28, 20261.0Absolutely disgusting customer service, I walked in there at 5pm and a woman who must have been the manager said in a rude tone “be quick we’re shutting in 5 minutes” bare in mind I am hard of hearing and was wearing a hearing aid very visible. Because I couldn’t hear her the first time , she then proceeded to shout at me saying the same thing and made me feel unwelcome. I used to enjoy buying clothes from this store but I now feel so unwelcome going into there. This has affected me a lot today.
