- SRSoraya RadFeb 10, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Lululemon store in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, specifically with the store manager, Jacob. I purchased a coat and returned to the store less than 24 hours later to return it. I had the receipt, the item had not been worn, and it was in perfect condition. The only issue at the time was that the tag had come off and I couldn’t find it in my bag. Despite this, the item was clearly unused and I had proof of purchase from less than a day before. They refused the return. A few days later, I found the tag inside the original shopping bag. I reattached it and went back to the store to return the coat. Instead of providing help, they began inventing random “issues” with the item to avoid processing the return. The coat was never worn and was in the exact same condition as when I bought it. Jacob, the manager, was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. His attitude made it very clear that he simply did not want to process the return. He did not behave like a manager or someone trained in customer service. I have honestly never experienced such poor treatment in a retail store, especially from a brand that claims to value customer experience. I am a regular Lululemon customer, but after this experience at the Westfield Shepherd’s Bush location, I genuinely do not feel comfortable shopping here again. I went out of my way to come back to this store twice, with receipt, unused item, and tag, and was still refused for no valid reason. This was not about policy. This was about poor attitude, lack of professionalism, and terrible customer service. Very disappointing.
