  Lawrence was honestly so lovely today. He was super patient, friendly, and really took his time helping me find a new set that I felt great in. He made the whole experience easy and relaxed, and was just genuinely nice to shop with. Such great service, thank you so much!

  Lawrence was so patient with me when I rang the Bath store for advice on a jacket my son wanted for Christmas. He was patient and had great knowledge of the products in store. Such a wonderful telephone manner. When I went into the store to pick up the item, I spoke with his other colleagues including the new store manager. They were all just brilliant! So helpful. Luckily, I got to meet Lawrence to thank him personally. Great Bath Lululemon team.

  Lovely team I don’t typically leave reviews, however the team in the Bath store were so lovely and kind today, I feel like they need recognition. I went in to look for some flared leggings, to which I found but they were too long. A member of the team informed me about the free tailoring and pinned them to the right length for me, ready to be sent for alteration. I then loved a jacket another member of the team was wearing, they then showed me where it was. I tried the jacket on, and the two members of staff did nothing but compliment me and made me feel so confident. This was exactly the experience I was looking for, as typically I feel quite self conscious going into activewear shops. Their kindness was outstanding and I hope they receive recognition from management. One lady was only on her third day too!
