  Never had such a terrible experience in a shop. First thing's first, the shop is absolutely disgusting. Dust bunnies gathered all across the changing rooms and shop floor, the thickest layers of spiderwebs I've ever seen above the entrance, a strong fecal odour permeating the home's isle from the toilet. Don't even get me started on the shopping trolleys. They're absolutely abysmal. Covered in rust, grime, and seagull feathers. Uniformed staff members seem to be doing what they can, but I get the feeling they're working with scraps. They seem tired. As for the higher-up's, the girl that helped me (short, glasses), absolutely condescending. Especially given that she seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Spoke with a total air of arrogance, not only to me but to the people around her. And then they bombard you with membership cards, that do absolutely nothing other than flood your emails with spam. People don't want these cards!

  Lovely big store, it has a large range, but at the till quite bad customer service, waited in the que only to be told once got to the till, to go and use the card machine if paying by card, that's kinda outrageous.
