  Following consultation with staff at the H Samuel, store, we purchased an engagement and wedding bridal ring set, 9ct Yellow Gold 0.33ct Diamond. Within two months of wearing the rings, the metal of both rings showed bad discolouration — like dark tarnishing. Wiping and cleaning did not remove the discolouration. We returned to the store with the rings and showed them the issue with the rings. I explained that I had not placed the rings in any unusual or toxic environment and this type of discolouration is unexpected and unacceptable. They took the rings for "clean & polish" repair which restored the colour until again after a couple of weeks the discolouration set in again. The pace and persistence of degradation is wholly unbefitting of everyday pieces of jewellery and ones so important. I advise anyone and everyone to NEVER purchase any item whatsoever from this vendor.

  Excellent customer service here, I went there as someone who didn't know much about jewellery. The lady who assisted me was very kind, helpful and welcoming. (Unfortunately I didn't get her name!) I went there to find out my ring size and try on a ring, then came back a week later to buy the ring. I was helped by the same lady on both occasions. 🙂

  Absolutely amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. I needed help picking out earrings for my birthday and I couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Very professional and welcoming environment, will definitely be my go to jewellery store from now on!!
