I don’t usually write reviews, but my fiancé and I had such an exceptional experience at Ernest Jones that I felt compelled to share it and it’s all thanks to Vickie.
After visiting countless stores and trying on numerous wedding bands, we were beginning to feel overwhelmed by the process. From the moment we met Vickie, everything changed. She made the experience stress-free, exciting, and incredibly personal.
Vickie took the time to genuinely listen to our hopes, preferences, and vision for our wedding rings. Her patience, expertise, and eye for beautiful pieces helped us find the perfect rings, and we never felt rushed or pressured at any stage.
What truly stood out was her ability to connect with us on a personal level. Sometimes, all it takes is the right person someone who listens, understands, and genuinely cares to turn a daunting task into a memorable and special experience.

I visited the Enfield branch today to purchase a watch, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Hovana and Damla for their outstanding customer service.
They were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. Their warm attitude, patience, and willingness to assist made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
The store was also exceptionally clean, well-organized, and welcoming, with a very friendly team atmosphere.
Thank you, Hovana and Damla, for your excellent service. You are a real credit to the store, and I look forward to visiting again

I had a very positive experience in this store. The Manager (Kalina) was very helpful and patient as were the other staff, very cheerful and friendly. I would definitely use this store again.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ernest Jones (Store No: 3011, Enfield – 29 Palace Gardens, EN2 6SN).
I purchased a watch for £379 and have been paying monthly for their insurance for the past 10 months. The main reason I accepted this insurance was because it clearly states that it covers accidental damage.
Recently, I was in a accident while wearing the watch, and it was damaged during the incident. I provided clear evidence, including photos showing the injuries on my wrist at the time.
However, I was informed that my claim was rejected. This is very concerning, as the situation clearly falls under “accidental damage” as stated in the policy.
What made the experience worse was the way this situation was handled by the store. The Store Manager, Kalina Daullja, was involved, and during a recent phone call, the conversation was handled in a very unprofessional manner and the call was abruptly ended.
I am also concerned that the information provided to the insurance company may have been incomplete or inaccurate, which may have contributed to the rejection of my claim.
After paying insurance for nearly a year, being asked to now pay £180 for repairs is unacceptable and feels extremely unfair.
I trusted Ernest Jones when making this purchase, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company. I will now be escalating this matter through formal complaint channels.
I strongly advise others to carefully review the insurance terms and the level of support provided by this store before making a purchase.
Had a great experience from start to finish with Damla, she was so kind and helpful and made the experience as a whole great, can’t thank her enough she gave us a 10/10 service and made everything enjoyable. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to all this store, damla is professional and can’t do enough to help, thanks so very much! We got both of our wedding rings from here !
