  Today I had a wonderful experience at Tommy Hilfiger, thanks to Shrushti. She provided exceptional service—very polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. She went above and beyond to assist us, and it really stood out.   I just to say a massive thank you to the Store Manager Scott Rutherford - my boyfriend and I are grateful for how quick you sorted out the credit note for the shirt he had bought whilst we were in Edinburgh in February (we live in Northern Ireland). He looks forward to spending it in your shop when we go back in November. Your understanding and efficiency are very much appreciated ☺

  The store team are really helpful and friendly, but the online experience is disappointing. The website shows some items as in stock, yet when visiting the store they are not actually available. In addition, customers are not informed in advance that items are shipped from the Netherlands, and the delivery takes a very long time. This is frustrating, especially when similar items appear to be available in the Edinburgh store. It’s weird that I have to wait long time for a shipment from Netherland while it’s available in Scotland stores.

  I’ve decided to downgrade my previous five-star rating due to ongoing logistics and supply chain issues. ⚠️ Warning to other customers: delivery times can take far longer than expected because orders are shipped from the Netherlands, and this information is not communicated transparently before placing an order. It was never made clear before ordering that items would be shipped from the Netherlands, which cause significant delays This should be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase so customers can make informed decisions. In-store, item availability and sizes are also not presented clearly. I was told certain colours were unavailable in store when visiting, yet they appeared to be in stock (in-store) when I checked the website. This inconsistency is frustrating. When I contacted online customer service to ask why my order couldn’t be fulfilled using items already available in-store — or alternatively cancelled and refunded — my request was refused. The lack of transparency around delivery and in-store stock and refusal to offer reasonable solutions significantly undermines the overall experience.

  I was assisted by Sophie with my purchases, 5* service provided. All other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
