A special thank you to Charmaine, who went above and beyond to help us. She took us upstairs to find the towels, then came back downstairs to process our payment. Despite it being the end of her shift, she was still smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. Service like this is exactly why we’ll be happy to shop here again. I had a very unpleasant experience dealing with staff who were overly and provocatively monitoring me. This behavior reflects poor customer service and makes visitors feel uncomfortable and suspicious. I will never go there again.
