I was advised by a store manager to return during Customer Services’ operating hours regarding a £0 balance on a refund gift card. I took time out of my day to do exactly that, only to be met by Erin, who was dismissive, unhelpful and refused to investigate the issue or verify the advice I had previously been given. The issue isn’t the £6. It’s the complete lack of accountability, the wasted journey, and being treated as though I was making the whole thing up. One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.
