  المعروف لا يعرف كل شي يرغب به الزبون تحت سقف واحد حيث يعتبر هذا المكان تجمع للماركات باسعار مخفضة ومنتجات ومكياج ومستلزمات المنزل والأحذية والملابس والحقائب لكن فروعهم في لندن اجمل بكثير

  I ordered a pair of glasses for £100, with a promised delivery time of 3 working days. Unsurprisingly, they failed to deliver on time. At that speed, the parcel could have crawled to the store by itself. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication. Nobody informed me about the delay, no one called with an update, and there was no apology or offer of compensation. Because of this, my holiday plans were ruined, as I needed the glasses before my trip. For a company charging premium prices, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.Never again
