Over time they had become a little splayed out and weren’t sitting properly on my face. Junior carefully reshaped the legs and ends giving them a much better fit. He’s clearly very skilled at shaping glasses to suit your face and took the time to make sure they were comfortable and fitted perfectly. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. Excellent service and a fantastic job. I really appreciate the care and attention. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to Junior!

Glasses were bought at a different Sunglass Hut in a different country, yet, as I had the parts on hand, there was no question or proof of purchase requested. David and Elliot were both really helpful, as was the very helpful lady on hand who served us initially (apologies, I did not catch your name!). Shop was busy yet all team members were seeing to each customer. Great merchandising, sharp and well presented in proposition as well. Thanks for repairing my glasses so quickly as well! ☺️
