- ZZZacMay 11, 20261.0When I stepped inside this empty and quiet store, the atmosphere was awful. The members of staff stood there looking down on customers thinking they are better than everybody else. Not one member of staff approached me to see if I needed help. The condescending attitude from the staff despite earning minimum wage was shocking. I ended up going next-door to Tommy Hilfiger and spent £650 because there customer service was brilliant and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely not step in this Ralph Lauren store again. I would advise customers to avoid at all cost.
