- DDDen.PJul 12, 20261.0Just a heads up re-issues returning something (even for an exchange), without a receipt: you can’t. Credit card statement are not acceptable. The returns policy is there but not clearly visible at the till points. Equally, good customer service for me would have staff at point of sale reminding customers of the importance to keep a receipt rather than hoping that you notice a small sign (half A4 size), that is in the queue area & not at the tills themselves.
