I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the store manager at the Edinburgh location ( apologies, i can't recall the name)who handled my complaint with such a professionalism and kindness. I had ordered a bag online and was genuinely excited to receive it.Unfortunately, the quality didn't meet my expectation, which was disappointing. I decided to visit the Edinburgh store to raise my concerns, and I'm so glad I did. Both the team member and the manager were incredibly respectful and understanding. They resolved the issue swiftly and with geniue care, which made all the difference. Thanks to their excellent service, I'll be doing my future shopping in-store rather than on-line. It's clear that the team value customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Thank you again :)

Beautiful, attractive and unique designs of Women bags here. Leather quality is good.Have colourful special bags which can ladies take to Events and occasions. Ladies party dresses, accessories, shoes and watch also available here. Staff is helpful and polite. Prices worth its quality and designs. Located at beautiful Multrees walk inside Edinburgh.

Very nice if not small store , unfortunately one of the sales girls was a little too intrusive, we were there to browse and everytime we touched something she was there , we have this in this colour , these are the new lines blah blah . We left for this reason , lost sales

Went in yesterday to browse, as I usually do when I visit Edinburgh - sadly had a very rude encounter with a saleswoman! Seems that money can’t buy good service, what a shame.
