    My wife & I shopped there many times from before they moved to Multrees Walk. It’s now unwelcoming, unfriendly, unprofessional and I felt being discriminated because I noticed a couple at another counter being served with drinks while I wasn’t even offered a seat or refreshment

    My experience at Mappin & Webb Multrees Walk Edinburgh was absolutely exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating and the level of service is simply first rate. I highly recommend them.
