  Excellent customer service from start to finish! Our wedding rings were ordered with only 4 weeks to spare and the Edinburgh store managed to speed up the process for us so we had both rings within a fortnight. Couldn't be more thankful, they are beautiful.

  43 years ago my future wife and myself purchased a wedding ring and 43 years later we had to go back to Laings as due to my wife having arthritis in her hands we asked them if they could remove the ring , and Chris and his colleagues set about the removal using specialised cutter ,and in no time they removed the ring without fuss and they would not accept payment, this is what you call proper customer service and we shall return to Laings to either replace the ring or have the original ring sized. Well done Laings you've proved that service is your top priority.

  Excellent service today from Steven at Laings Jewellers, Edinburgh branch. He fitted an additional link to my watch and also provided an up-to-date insurance valuation. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to the company—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Steven and Laings.

  Visited today to buy a watch to remember my Mum who passed away in December. Just an amazing retail experience from start to finish. Greeted at the entrance and shown to the watch department by friendly staff. Michael was excellent -I knew the watch I wanted and he was able to guide me through the options and sourced the leather strap I was also after by making some calls. Helped register for extended warranty and adjusted size to fit. Am so glad I chose Laings to buy the watch-highly recommend!!!
