I spoke to Liz and explained that my fingers had all swollen and I required to have my mother’s engagement ring cut off. She told me that this could be done by Chris. A couple of minutes later he arrived with the tools that he needed. He explained what would happen and then proceeded to cut the ring off. He was charming and kindly as well as helpful. I shall certainly be returning to Laings in the future.
