  I cannot say enough good things about this place, and the wonderful people who work here. Giacomo and Carrick gave me an amazing deal on a wonderful Rolex, and I couldn't be happier. 11/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for fine jewelry or a fantastic watch.

  I’ve built up a great relationship with H&I over the years. The service has always been exceptional, and I genuinely feel they consistently go above and beyond for me. Crystal is an absolute star — every interaction is a pleasure!!!!

  What a special place. The masterful silversmiths were so attentive with our two young sons—showing them the workshop and even helping them make their own souvenirs. A highlight of our trip abroad! We purchased beautiful silver souvenirs to display/remember the great experience. A few months after returning from our trip, Josh then helped me purchase a beautiful, unique tennis bracelet with different cut stones I admired during our trip. It’s gorgeous, and it was so easy and nice working with Josh and the team (even from the States)

  Walked in wearing work clothes. Staff looked me up and down, said nothing, then turned to the man beside me - offered him a drink and told him they'd be with him shortly. I didn't exist. Remarkable snobbery from someone on £16 an hour who couldn't afford the strap on the watches they're selling. Take my business elsewhere.
