  Went in on Friday 18/9. I believe it was the manager that served me. Service was horrendous. First I had to ask for service and it just seemed that he didn’t want to help. In between trying different shirts, I had to keep asking for different sizes as he kept going on the phone. In the end, I just walked out. Would not buy from here. Ended up buying from the website as refused to give him the sale.

  Excellent service from both James and Paul. I came in looking for a fitted shirt for my wedding and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Paul took my measurements and gave me a couple of different fits to try on before recommending a shirt that paired well with kilts. I was in and out in under ten minutes, and the shirt looked great on the day!

  Great staff and big thanks to Charlie for advice and quick service. Highly recommend. I am neurodiverse and sometimes experience anxiety whilst out shopping and its nice to come somewhere like this where it is spacious and staff are knowledgable and understanding.

  Very slow service, waited 20 minutes for both and ended up buying online with a different shop. Dislike of the personnel to try the clothes by myself. Different prices online vs in store.
