  Saffi was excellent and we bought from Bruford's mainly on her service! We were absolutely not visiting to make a purchase, but the relaxed environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff made it impossible not to! Very happy and would definitely visit again for our next watch purchase!

Third time I was just browsing, Fourth time to get a watch for my granddaughters 18th birthday. She was thrilled with the one that we chose. I love your shop and would shop every day if I could..

  I am extremely disappointed and feel completely misled by this store. In August 2020, I paid a £500 deposit for a Rolex “Pepsi” after being promised I would receive the watch within 2–3 years. I even asked what would happen if the watch was discontinued, and I was clearly reassured that I would be offered an alternative Rolex and that my position would be secured. Fast forward nearly 6 years, I’m now told the watch has been discontinued (which I understand is out of their control), but instead of honouring what was promised, I’ve been told I need to start again from the back of the waiting list. To make matters worse, there was no communication from their side over the years. I always had to chase for updates, and when I did, the responses were often dismissive and came across as rude. It felt like I was begging for something, despite the fact that they had willingly taken a deposit from me. Completely unacceptable. I made my decision based on their assurances when taking my money, and those assurances have not been honoured. I’ve essentially been left waiting for years for nothing. For a business that’s been around this long, I expected honesty and professionalism — not poor communication and empty promises. Be very careful when leaving deposits here. I no longer trust this business and feel seriously let down by how this has been handled.

I was very impressed by their professionalism, enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of Rolex and the broader watch industry. Their level of customer service was outstanding and their passion was clear to see. The boutique itself is immaculate and creates a really special experience for customers to take their time and explore a wide range of products. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Brufords with any future watch or jewellery purchases and would highly recommend their experienced and dedicated team.
