A certain 2 members of staff in particular (young lad and a lady with black hair in a ponytail) spent their whole time chatting. Not once was I greeted by anyone in store or asked if I needed help. I tried some clothes on in the changing rooms come out had to hang them back up myself as no clothing rail, all the time the staff members were chatting amongst themselves. They didn't even show me to a changing room. I went back again after browsing other stores and hour or so later and tried on some shoes. Again completely blanked and the young lad was still chatting.
