  Great shop as they shell so many different types of things under one roof, there's alway a surprise waiting for you on every visit from cloths to toys, to bathroom items and accessories. Im always popping in just to see what little hidden gems they have this week lol

  I visited TK Maxx Tindale Crescent today and was served by a large woman with a Scottish accent at the till. I asked about a damaged bag and whether a further reduction could be applied, since none of the other reduced bags in the section were damaged. Her response was abrupt, defensive, and unnecessarily rude. Instead of explaining the policy clearly, she spoke to me in a dismissive tone that made the interaction uncomfortable and embarrassing, especially with other customers behind me. When I paid and said goodbye, she ignored me completely. I bought the bag because I felt embarrassed by her appalling attitude, the customer service was extremely poor. This level of attitude and unprofessional behaviour needs to be addressed by management.

  Went in today, nobody on the changing room. I went in with x5 items. A lady came said hello I heard her. Opened the door. She asked how many items I had I said x5. She said is that your bag. I said yes!!!! I told her how many items I had. If she was doing her job and stood there ready for customers. I asked to speak to the manager. He wasn't interested. Had no customer service skills. This branch has gone way downhill. Is TK Maxx wanting to shut down ???
