Took it back to the Merry Hill store and Kel was amazing. She took out a link and although it appeared to fit Kel was not happy with the result. She took it away again and put the link back in but this time adjusted the clasp. It was a perfect fit. Kel went the extra mile to make sure that the strap was absolutely perfect. Makes you want to shop there again as the after sales service is amazing. Many thanks to both Kath and Kel. A great team.
