  I have visited the store on numerous occasions in the last 10 months in an attempt to purchase a watch, receiving a mixed reception from different staff. On the last three visits to the store, Dan Russell came across as professional, honest, welcoming, friendly and helpful. He was patient, not pushy, personable, and created a relaxed atmosphere in which to decide on / complete a purchase. Thank you!

  Just purchased a Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watch from goldsmiths merry hill, and would like to give a special shout out to Riz , who was brilliant throughout the whole experience, very friendly, knowlegable, attentive, and not pushy at all, but listened to us and pointed us to the watch we wanted, kept us going with refreshments, overall a very pleasent personal experience, would definatley shop here again when our bank balance has recovered a bit.

  As a watch collector I have been buying from Goldsmiths Merry Hill for quite a while now, Luke has been fantastic every time, I always receive a warm welcome and really feel like a valued customer, his brand knowledge, especially Rolex, is excellent, I feel he is genuinely interested and his help and guidance when I'm considering a new watch is second to none.
