  Quality experience with Carlos in Goldsmiths, Merry Hill. I only came to pick up a click & collect, however Carlos greeted me, sat me down and walked me through the allocation etc. Made sure I had checked the watch and was happy, before bagging it up. Also showed me a Tag that I'd been looking at. Will certainly be back in the future and hope to deal directly with Carlos again.

  Made a visit to the Brierley Hill store today Sunday 11th October, with the expectations of my omega sea master going in for a service as I needed a repair to my strap where a pin or barrel had failed in the strap making the watch unwearable. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who was extremely knowledgeable. After checking my watch over for me he advised that my watch wouldn’t need a service and that he would be able to make a repair to my strap there and then for my by using the parts required from spare links. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but several minutes later he returned with my watch all repaired witch I’m over the moon with being able to wear it again, as I haven’t been able to wear it for over 2 years due to my strap issue. So th am you very much for your help and assistance today I both sorting out my watch for me and secondly saving me quite a lot of money for the watch not needing service following his examination. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but to all of the team at the branch thank you very much for your help and assistance today.

  Very disappointing experience at Goldsmiths Merry Hill. A friend and I have visited the store several times as we are both genuinely interested in luxury watches. On our latest visit he was trying on a Tudor and a Longines and was seriously considering buying one. A member of staff asked me whether coming in on my break to look at watches was a “guilty pleasure”. I found the comment patronising and it made us feel as though we were being viewed as time wasters rather than genuine customers. My friend has now decided to buy his watch from the Bullring Birmingham branch instead. I also contacted Goldsmiths directly and received no response. Very poor experience from a store we had previously enjoyed visiting.

  Popped in Goldsmiths as was working close bye to enquire about the Rolex Explorer 40mm and Matt was very helpfull in getting me try it on and give me information about the watch. I asked for a reservation and was told by Matt that the watch was available to buy. I wasn't expecting that news and explained to Matt I would need to think it over and I returned half an hour later to complete the purchase. Matt was most helpful and gave me time and courtesy. Also when i left the store all of the store staff congratulated me on my purchase which I thought was a nice touch. Very happy with my watch and service received.

  I recently purchased a watch and a pair of earrings from the Goldsmiths showroom at Merry Hill, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joe was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and made the whole experience really enjoyable without any pressure. The service was excellent, and I’m extremely happy with both my watch and the earrings. A big thank you to Joe for looking after me so well. I’d definitely recommend the Merry Hill Goldsmiths showroom and will happily return in the future!
