So I could not come in the shop and look around up stairs. I think this is really bad and not very good and just to have one lift in the building. And to have two escalator working instead of the lift I think this is very wrong too because wheelchairs users can definitely not use them and pushchairs too This as definitely put me off shopping here again and would definitely come here again
