  Still waiting on a refund after 15 days...you waiting to go bust before paying out? Your company acts all 'tech savvy' with the buyer having to do all the work on a return, yet are reliant on a Commodore 64 to do refunds. People are getting refunds from China faster than from New Look....and you wonder why you're losing money hand over fist. Add to that the most rudest of staff in your Staines store than I've ever encountered.

  staff rude in store when you refuse to give your email address for a receipt. Its quite obvious they have a target to meet which explains why they get so annoyed when I decline.Why cant New Look just produce a hard receipt like other shops. I dont want my details passed on to marketing and this has really put me off shopping in this shop.
