Your company acts all 'tech savvy' with the buyer having to do all the work on a return, yet are reliant on a Commodore 64 to do refunds. People are getting refunds from China faster than from New Look....and you wonder why you're losing money hand over fist. Add to that the most rudest of staff in your Staines store than I've ever encountered.
