  Huge store with a massive selection of products. It’s always clean, tidy, and well-kept, which makes browsing a breeze. Great atmosphere and the staff are super friendly and professional. ​A major bonus is how easy it is to park for free using the main Castlepoint car park. Will definitely keep coming back!

  It's a bit annoying having to find clothes for my daughter as the same dress was scattered all over the shop rails which was annoying to find any

  I went in to TkMaxx earlier just to have a look at the makeup and tested a foundation on the back of my hand to see if it was the right shade for me, the woman with long, grey hair behind the jewellery counter came over and very abruptly told me that nothing in the store was a tester, i apologised. She then handed me the piece of paper i had used to wipe off the foundation and demanded that i take it with me which i was planning on doing anyway as i work in retail myself and know how annoying it is when people leave stuff around the shop. As she walked away she then very loudly called me “disgusting”, i can appreciate that it might be annoying when people use the makeup before buying however, that is no excuse to call someone disgusting. As a neurodivergent individual i really strongly believe that the staff need more training on how to talk to people correctly. If you do not like your job, leave, it really is that simple.
