Nevertheless, Jon Durston was an incredibly respectful, informative, attentive, helpful, kind-hearted professional. He took plenty of time to talk me through my best options, with recommendations and guidance from his professional expertise. I really believe a genuine display of customer service is revealed when there's nothing to gain, and he showed what a wonderful individual he is, as well as representing Charles Fox with exceptional professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and recommend Charles Fox overall.
