  I have bought a couple of watches and other pices of jewellery from Walkers over these past few months. Mainly I deal with elaine but I have been able to have a chat with all the staff at walkers and they are all nothing but exceptional. They all make you feel so comfortable in a place that can be quite daunting for some. I love how they are a independent business and you can really see how much all the staff care about their work. I have never had as good of a experience as I have had with walkers. I would happily recommend walkers to anyone even if it means travelling quite a distance. Thank you again for everthing yous have done for me its really appreciated.

  I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. I recently collected a watch, and the experience from start to finish was world-class! Having initially been in contact with Paul Macpherson three years ago, his professionalism, patience, and genuine passion for horology are apparent. Paul made the entire process seamless and special, a true embodiment of the outstanding service WTJ prides itself upon. If you are looking for a boutique that values long-term relationships over simple transactions, this is the place. Thank you, Paul, for making a milestone moment so memorable!

  My husband surprised me with a new rolex watch and the service received from the staff at walker the jewellers was first class from the minute we walked in store x the added bonus of chocolates and champagne lovely touch x thanks again x

  Absolutely first class professional service from order to collection of my new Rolex watch for my son, I was so impressed with the no pressure sale I have decided to replace my one with a new one which I am waiting on, Hopefully 🙏 I will be contacted soon with good news 👍

  I have had a great experience being a customer of Walker The Jeweller despite the difficulties with the current restrictions. Both Derek and Mary went above and beyond in their service and communication. I was also lucky to receive a remarkably speedy delivery! Due to a hectic schedule I am not always available readily during the week and within daytime working hours via telephone or in person however, the team were kind enough to fit within my free time when possible. All in all, a first class experience provided from the Derek and Mary and also a new gorgeous watch for me! Looking forward to visiting the store when possible.
