  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service from Simon and the team from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and happy to help throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and everything was completed to a high standard and on time. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.   Very good service. Helpful and friendly people. The watch I purchased worked a bit differently from my other watch and that was explained very well. Would recommend.

  Really disappointed. Found a lovely wedding ring for my soon to be husband and placed an order. Was told I would get an email on Tuesday at the latest and never heard from them again. I called today and cancelled the order due to the lack of followthrough and explained how disappointed I was. Not what you expect when purchasing such an important piece of jewellery from such a large and reputable company.
