  Really disappointed. Found a lovely wedding ring for my soon to be husband and placed an order. Was told I would get an email on Tuesday at the latest and never heard from them again. I called today and cancelled the order due to the lack of followthrough and explained how disappointed I was. Not what you expect when purchasing such an important piece of jewellery from such a large and reputable company.

  Visited Goldsmiths twice, whilst deciding on which watch to buy. We were helped by Cara both times - she is a credit to the company. She was very patient, and very knowledgeable and made our visits an absolute pleasure.

  I wasn’t particularly planning a visit to this store in the day in question but glad I did “pop in”. The experience was fantastic the staff helped me to find the perfect gift for my wife on our sapphire wedding anniversary! They also guided me through the post sale options in a thorough and understandable manner. At no time did I feel I was being pressured into a purchase! Ps the coffee was excellent!!

  Came to goldsmiths to find a wedding band for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding. Alison was extremely helpful and attentive. Service was amazing from the other staff. Couldn't have been happier with the ring we found. Thank you so much for making our day, Beth and Edwyn
