  My wife and I recently visited this boutique after leaving our interest details, and within less than two months, we received a call from the team regarding a watch opportunity. I was fortunate to purchase a timepiece that I had truly been hoping for, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. Although my wife is still waiting for her dream piece, we both agreed that the overall journey and level of service have been absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to Symon, who was exceptionally warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to carefully walk us through different models, dial configurations, and details that made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. What stood out most was how authentic and engaging he was throughout our visit. He even shared stories from his younger years and spoke about his own emotional connection and appreciation for Rolex, which made the conversation memorable and meaningful. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such sincerity and enthusiasm. I appreciate the level of care, patience, and expertise we received. The atmosphere in the boutique was welcoming, refined, and trustworthy — exactly what you would hope for when purchasing a special watch or piece of jewellery.   I visited the Plymouth branch earlier today, initially enquiring into a Tudor that had caught my eye online. I was helped by Abbie first & then Emma who were both brilliant. I hadn’t been to Michael Spiers before so it was nice to be met as warmly as I was. Whilst the watch originally came in for wasn’t in stock, Abbie went out of her way to show me the new monarch release which had quite literally just landed in the store that day & I loved it instantly. I also was really keen on adding an oyster perpetual to my collection but was torn between colours after looking on the website, I was then helped by both Abbie & Emma who did a grand job of finding me the dial colours I was eager to see in person. It felt like a very relaxed & low pressure environment which I appreciated & they were both patient with me as I tried the colours on that I was interested in. What was initially meant to be a pop in visit to enquire into a Tudor ended with me registering for two watches today! Thanks Abbie & Emma for your help 😊

  Excellent service from Michael Spiers once again. Purchased a 36mm Rolex Datejust with fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. I was delighted to get “the call”, and the whole experience from start to finish was first class. James looked after me this time and was excellent throughout — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchase feel special. I can’t fault the experience and look forward to the next call when it’s time to get something for myself.

  I have been dealing with Michael Spiers for many, many years now. But I must say, that their current team have looked after me so incredibly well. They make you feel very special and even managed to find me my dream watch for my 60th Birthday. I have to give a very special mention to Emma and Simon, who really are a credit to the company. It’s not very often you find old fashioned values and customer service, like I’ve received from all the team tbh. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a special piece of jewellery or a beautiful timepiece, to look no further than this exemplary company. Simon Carter
