    I was served by Jake who was very helpful and knowledgeable; he helped me find the right size and fit, and showed me the difference between the different weaves like Oxford and Twill. He also matched an online offer for me with no issues. The store itself is large with a good selection of clothing. I’ll definitely visit the store again.

    We went into this new shop today in Exeter and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, offering to measure and look for different sizes and colours of blazers for my husband.

    Rude customer service on Saturday, looking to purchase new Oxford shirt, person I spoke to had no clue what I was asking and was also very rude and abrupt towards me , over heard manager shouting at staff as well
