Manager lied to me about it not being damaged when he could see as clearly as I could that it was… and then he said take it or leave it. And then said “you obviously don’t want it” and then refused to sell me anything. Disgraceful behaviour. Gave me a panic attack. His name was Ross and I will never shop there again.
