  Outstanding Service & Experience I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two Rolex watches from Michael Spiers of Plymouth — one for myself, Peter, and one for my wife, Ysanne — to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. A very special thank you to Jim and Emma, whose professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were matched by their genuinely warm and friendly manner. They made what was already an incredibly special occasion even more memorable. The watches themselves are absolutely beautiful and will always remind us of our 50 years together, but it was the outstanding level of customer service that really made the experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and we always felt valued and looked after. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Michael Spiers of Plymouth to anyone looking for a truly first-class experience.   I have been a customer for around 7 years and only ever had the best experience at Michael Spiers. They are always incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Be it a purchase or a service or even a quick pop in to have a look at some new releases, I always feel extremely comfortable and treated with the upmost respect and care. It really feels like the staff here are all true enthusiasts who are genuinely keen to talk nerdy facts and details about watches.

  We had visited a few different jewellers looking for my husband-to-be’s wedding ring, but we kept leaving feeling disappointed. We either weren’t finding styles we loved or, more importantly, we left feeling like we didn’t really understand the different options available to us. We walked into Michael Spiers not actually expecting to buy anything, but we were greeted by Thomas, and from the moment we met him, the experience was completely different. Thomas was exceptional. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service were second to none. Rather than making us feel like we were being sold to, he took the time to get to know us and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. He patiently talked us through the different ring styles, metals, finishes and what each option meant, explaining everything in a way that was informative and easy to understand. For the first time during our search, we felt confident enough to make an informed decision. It was really special watching my fiancé discover what style he genuinely liked and, more importantly, understand why he liked it. Thomas’s knowledge was incredible, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping us find the right ring rather than simply making a sale. What stood out even more was that when we left the store, we hadn’t actually purchased anything. There was absolutely no pressure. Thomas simply emailed us all the information about the rings my fiancé had liked so we could take our time and think about it. That approach is exactly why we chose to return to Michael Spiers and purchase the ring through Thomas. When we came back to collect it and try it on, we were absolutely delighted with our choice. The whole experience felt memorable and special from beginning to end. If you’re looking for someone who is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely personable and makes what can feel like an overwhelming decision enjoyable, I couldn’t recommend Thomas highly enough.
