- KLKaren Lenton1 day ago1.0Purchased cardigan today, hope it's okay, I was told there was no choice of a printed receipt, I asked what would happen if I didn't have an email address, was told most people do, I said never assume, I gave my email address and have not received my receipt!!, if I want a refund, how is that going to work?, I also had to ask the assistant to refold article as it would have looked like a rag!!, so, you are not producing receipts and your customer service is poor, a very disappointing experience. I would welcome your thoughts.
