  We had the best experience with Lucy in Exeter following a phone call and messages and because of Lucy’s excellent communications we went into the shop and with lots of confidence in her knowledge and communication we bought two items . The whole shop and staff exude professionalism with knowledge and a positive attitude well done Lucy

  I want to say a massive thank you to Lee Clark. ( shout out to Jeremy too! ) He helped me secure a watch to celebrate my 50th and soon to become a grandad for the first time! Such an enjoyable purchase experience. Lee is such a personable chap, he always makes me feel relaxed and not rushed in any way. I've shopped with Michael Spires in Exeter for many years and have to say, the service is always second to none! From the second you walk in to the amazing new showroom, you're always made to feel welcome, the staff are all super friendly.

  The service we received from Lee and his colleagues was absolutely first class. This started with a careful introduction to the watches my wife and I were interested in and a clear explanation of the registration of interest process. Then a very easy to follow process of notification of availability and confirmation of our wish to purchase. Finally, the joy of collecting our respective watches, again with a very clear demonstration of operation and how to care for them
