Friendly welcome, staff helped me find the item and then offered their opinions on which jumper looked better. Top quality clothes with staff that are engaged and happy to help and well stocked with a range of sizes - a welcome change to the usual grumpy attendant that tries to avoid you then just directs you to order online that you see in other designer shops. Tommy Hilfiger should be proud of the Derby team and hire the shop is run. Great shopping experience from start to finish.
