  I would advise you to teach your staff how to behave with customers in terms of communication..as they do not know the basic norms of politeness..and during the click and collect process they ask questions as if you were in a police station..who what why..some of them do you think you hired by force??

  I came here to pick up a Click a Collect and when I got to the counter they told me I can’t collect because their manager was in a meeting and don’t know how long he or she will be?! What kind of protocol is that! On top of that I made my way to the Derbion Mall an paid £3.80 to not be able to pick up my order! So Dumb an Inconvenient!! If your gonna pick up a parcel here I would suggest it’s best to call to see if their manager is not in a meeting an is able collect your orders. Hope this helps

  so i went to get scissors and i couldn’t get served because my gf was holding it and put it on the counter i had ID that im over 20 and she refused it and even said that she still would’ve not served me if i was by myself it was an old lady worker from derby TKk maxx very bad customer service

  Went into store a few days ago,was served by a young man who needs a lesson in manners,if you don't want to work let someone else have the job. We all have off days but he is just so rude ,definately in the wrong job.
