- CCCerysSep 14, 20261.0The staff here need training in customer service. Every visit the staff on tills have been so rude and ignorant. Today there was a lady stocking up the shelving near the tills and told us to go to a certain till we stood waiting at the till for her to then go to another till and call over another customer and give nothing but attitude towards us when we went over and made our purchase. Never coming to this one again.

- FOFlavio OshafiJun 30, 20261.0I would advise you to teach your staff how to behave with customers in terms of communication..as they do not know the basic norms of politeness..and during the click and collect process they ask questions as if you were in a police station..who what why..some of them do you think you hired by force??
- LPL PJun 26, 20261.0I came here to pick up a Click a Collect and when I got to the counter they told me I can’t collect because their manager was in a meeting and don’t know how long he or she will be?! What kind of protocol is that! On top of that I made my way to the Derbion Mall an paid £3.80 to not be able to pick up my order! So Dumb an Inconvenient!! If your gonna pick up a parcel here I would suggest it’s best to call to see if their manager is not in a meeting an is able collect your orders. Hope this helps
