  Had gone into get points from a visit in another store to be added but after waiting for absolutely ages and I am not exaggerating, I was told it was not possible. Very frustrating.

  Steve is great to work with. He was incredibly helpful with my car’s final Valuation, and I am very grateful for his patience and hard work. I feel very fortunate to have had my appointment with him.

  Visited Chesterfield store this evening. It was very quiet. Bought a few items. Went to pay , I was the only customer. No smile,good evening, nothing from the member of staff. I was just told rather abruptly, its self serve. I hadn't used it before so had to ask a couple of questions to proceed. The lady wasn't really interested and I was juggling 4 pictures and 2 porcelain dishes! But I sorted it and proceeded to pack my purchases,when she asked did I want some tissue paper. I said no, couldn't wait to leave. A poor experience in customer service. Won't be rushing back!!
